Main Purpose of Job
Our Business Transformation and Change Manager will lead on the change management arising from significant change initiatives, such as digital transformation, process optimisation and cultural change to deliver improved behaviours and processes that ultimately drive performance improvement and support better management of the business.
What you will do
- Provide coaching and support for leaders to manage the human impacts of change in their areas including helping employees to understand the need for change, to adopt and adapt to new processes.
- Implement the tools, skills, and competencies to develop additional change agents across the organisation.
- Manage the prioritisation of new and emerging business improvement opportunities, feeding into budgeting and objective setting for the business.
- Work collaboratively with IT on technology requirements and ERP development. Support the business users through effective change management processes.
- Embed the benefits of change through creation of measures, monitor people impact and evaluate change management initiatives.
- Develop and drive company culture in support of high performance.
- Take accountability for clear and consistent communication throughout the organisation regarding changes and new processes.
- Implement strategies and solutions that generally improve performance and motivation across the organisation.

- ERP experience through project implementation or equivalent super-user role
- Working experience of change management techniques
- Experience with project management principles and practices
- Degree level education or qualified by experience
- In the absence of a formal change management qualification, a willingness to study for one
