About the job
As the Contract Manager Commodities you will be responsible for the contract administration for our biodiesel and other products. By combining operational execution with process optimization, you actively contribute to digitalization and the continuous improvement of our processes. You are in close contact with the trading, supply chain, sustainability and finance teams.
Tasks and responsibilities
· Contract management: Review deals and prices by performing deal checks, price validation, and data reconciliation.
· Contract administration including hedging & index administration: Maintain accurate administration of all contracts, including agreed terms.
· Contract filing: Ensure all contract information is correctly filed, structured, and easily accessible..
· KYC support: Execute KYC procedures by requesting relevant documents from potential new customers and suppliers, and ensure all necessary information is shared with the counterpart to secure approval.
· Management & KPI reporting: Prepare requested KPI reports related to pricing, discounts, or other topics.
· Process optimization: Collaborate with departments such as Trade, Finance, and IT to streamline processes, including ERP process optimization.
· Cover & support: Provide cover and support for colleagues in the Supply Chain team as required.
Job requirements
About you
To be successful in this position you should recognize yourself in the following points:
· Experience in an administrative, commercial, supply chain or finance role in a B2B environment.
· Experience of working with Oracle or other ERP systems.
· Good Excel and administration skills.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
· Strong drive to improve processes and systems.
· Highly organised with attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive and positive approach in the workplace.
· Resilient attitude and a strong desire to learn.
